Enzo Salon & Spa provides smocks for chemical services. We cannot be responsible for
any lost or damge to clothing if you choose not to change.
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all spa services to avoid a 50% service fee. All spa party reservations of 3 or more guests require a one week change, or cancellation notice to avoid a 50% service fee.
Depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. If you treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Yes. If you choose a technician that doesn't fit your needs, If at any time you would be more comfortable, or better served by another staff member, please feel free to do so. At Enzo

For your comfort and well-being, our peaceful and relaxing spa environment is reserved for adults only.
No children are allowed in ths spa areas unless they are receiving services, to ensure their safety.
The highest compliment you can give us is the referral of your friends and family. In appreciation, we will be
happy to send you a gift certificate for you to use on your next visit.
Please leave your jewelry and watches at home. Unfortunately, we're not able to take responsibility for your valuables while you are at the spa.
